Has anybody used mortgage consultants/brokers for loans? Would you recommend anyone based on your experience? I am still on F-1 and wanted to find someone who can get me the best deal and understands our specific condition. Any banks you had good experiences with would also be great. Thanks!
Go with Dollar bank they have the best rates usually, also make sure you have enough money if you are putting down 5% make sure you have another 5% on the hand. down payment isnt the only money you going to need.
